There are a few children’s animated TV shows that teach and expose children 3 to 7 years old to math, however, no show uses actual animated numbers as visually stunning characters to entertain and expose children to basic math. Zelza Zero & Friends fulfills this need with stories focused on team building, team spirit, and embracing diversity and self-value. The main character, Zelza, being a Zero, teaches kids the true worth of a zero.

Aside from an animated TV series, we will also provide our global customers (children 3 to 7 years old and their parents) with storybooks, edutainment toys, licensing, and merchandizing through television, major retail outlets, SVOD, online and 2nd and 3rd screen opportunities (tablets, smartphones, etc.).

Zelza Zero Entertainment LLC is an Edutainment Company focused on creating a global Children’s Aspirational Lifestyle Brand.

Our core business model encompasses production of a high quality animated television series, which will be a springboard for distribution on various global digital and retail platforms, licensing and merchandising. Additionally, we will be publishing children’s book title series dedicated to entertaining and educating young children in the pre-school to 7 years age space. We will also create multimedia games that deploy on various digital platforms.

With the advent of amazing digital technology, we are able to transfer the original content we created for television, over to a variety of digital platforms with each new platform generating its own revenue.

Brand Licensing And Merchandising

Zelza Zero will provide major sources for a variety of licensing opportunities globally.

A variety of corporations catering to children ages 18 months to 7 years will want the Zelza Zero brand attached to their products once the publishing and animated TV series are launched in full force.

Licensing for items such as apparel, video games, school supplies, themed party supplies, kids’ healthy snacks, cereals, toys, character-branded toiletries, etc.

Traction & Accomplishments

We have made significant headway in bringing our brand to a global market base. We have achieved substantial traction since we launched our brand. Here's what we have accomplished so far:

  • Successfully built our initial core team of management and experts in their various fields.
  • Secured brand distribution deals for 5 territories – Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan & S. Korea
  • Relationship and agreement with China Aviation Publishing & Media Company Ltd. (CAPMC) who acquires content for the Chinese publishing industry and has access to CCTV channels in China. CAPMC, as one of the biggest Chinese publisher also has a major relationship with McGraw Hill to take content from them into China for translation into mandarin, and introduce them into the Chinese market.
  • Secured retail distribution interest at Target and Nordstrom stores for our brand.
  • Zelza Zero & Friends TV content Presales in 5 territories.
  • $1.3 million US dollars investment contribution for the production of the animated TV series by our South Korean Co-production partner.
  • Secured United States Registered Trademark for the brand ZELZA ZERO in the areas of Entertainment Services, Animated Cartoon Show broadcast over Television & Online Webisodes
  • Our first book was published in 2010, which did best in kindergarten through 2nd grade. It gave us the confidence to move forward after positive feedback.

How We're Different

Zelza Zero Entertainment aims to acquire unique distribution deals in major markets, such as private-government joint deals for books (in Schools), TV content aired on government & privately owned broadcast stations, plus content distribution into 100 countries within a period of 4 – 5 years after release of the animated TV series. We will capitalize on the existing digital technology to deliver our content as well as take full advantage of all new emerging distribution channels and platforms. On the retail side, we will have distribution through variety of stores like Wal-Mart, Costco, Nordstom, Target, etc. For online stores, we will have our own web-store, Amazon channel store, Google play store and Premium eBay stores etc. With the combination of our distribution channels we will have access to over half a billion homes globally.

About the Team

Windel Osime - Chairman | CEO | Co-Founder

Past President & CEO of Dello & Associates Inc.  


He brings 25 years of experience in Publishing, Print Production, Global E-commerce, Direct Marketing & Retail Promotions for the Entertainment Industry. Dello’s clients include notable companies such as Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE), 20th Century Fox, Bon Appetit Bakery, and Nissan Motor Corporation among others.


Aline Osime - President | COO | Co-Founder

Former Executive Vice-President of Dello & Associates Inc. 


Prior to joining Dello, she spent 7 years working in architecture. Her design experience working on projects such as the Port of Long Beach, several projects at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) have been instrumental in her current position and dealings with the entertainment industry.


André Morgan - Co-Founder

Creator & Head Writer for the television animated series – Zelza Zero & Friends.  


He is a certified producer, director, and screenwriter from the Dov Simens Film School. He is the primary creative force behind the television and book content.


Koko B. Offiong - Legal Counsel | Co-Founder

A California attorney as well as a Solicitor in the United Kingdom 


He brings 15 years of experience working in the entertainment business. During this time, Koko has negotiated several contracts on behalf of independent producers & directors, artists & writers in film/television, video and music production.


Tamilyn Bonney - Vice President - Marketing

A veteran Retail Marketer and co-owner and operator of BonneyWorks LLC-- a total marketing and events firm.  


Tamilyn is currently working as a consultant with Entertainment Marketing Group (EMG), where she has been tasked to develop and manage the Retail Marketing and Live Events division. At EMG, Tamilyn builds retail partnerships for various DVD releases such as Snow White and the Huntsman, top performing video game franchises, such as Resident Evil 6, and a multitude of new-to-market publishing releases.


Nick Pietropaolo - Creative Director & Chief Animator

A talented versatile and imaginative modern-day Renaissance man born in Encino, California.  


In every artistic venture, Nick demonstrates a high level of professionalism, core-knowledge and ingenuity. After publishing educational books at age 11, he continued to create and develop many animated projects such as: Kattywhompus, Timmy Timebomb, The Mole Patrol and many others.


Sam Sokolow - Executive Producer

Current President of EUE/Sokolow 


Sam Sokolow is currently the President of EUE/Sokolow, a Los Angeles and New York based television Production Company that he founded with EUE/Screen Gems principals Chris and Jeff Cooney. At EUE/Sokolow, Sam manages all aspects of television development and production, including script and format creation & packaging, third party production services, budgeting, casting, production, post production, on-line integration -- every aspect of bringing television shows to market. Since opening their doors at the beginning of 2011, EUE/Sokolow has set up scripted and reality television projects at networks such as NBC, TNT, E! and OWN.
