​Xtreme Gym 24/7 opened in November 2013 in Englewood, just outside of Denver, Colorado. Our independently owned gym is unlike any other in the Denver area: not only are we open all day, every day, we offer a wide range of classes in addition to a full gym of weight machines, free weights and cardio equipment. Already we have dozens of members who love that they can enjoy a wide variety of workouts anytime, all under one roof, for one low price!

Xtreme Gym 24/7 is an all-in-one facility that allows you to hop on our equipment any time, take unique group classes, or work one-on-one with a certified personal trainer towards your fitness goals. 

We are the only gym in Colorado that offers Krav Maga, Jiu-Jitsu, CrossFitness, Pro Wrestling and a fully-equipped gym all under one roof! As such, our local customer base is growing every month, especially in the Krav Maga and Jiu-Jitsu classes. Additionally, we are one of the only gyms in the Denver area that provides a wrestling ring and professional trainers with experience in the WWE and TNA.

Plus, we also have a retail space where our members can purchase supplements — anything from a protein shake or pre-workout drink to 5lb tubs of protein — as well as clothing and accessories. We sell t-shirts, sweatpants, shorts, and even Jiu Jitsu gis and kimonos!

Though we've only been open for about 6 months, we've already achieved a few meaningful milestones, listed below. But this is just the start for Xtreme Gym 24/7 - check out what we've got planned for the future! 

By the end of 2014 we expect to have 200 members or more, with the long-term goal of reaching 400 - 500 members. In the years to come we will be regularly working on our business model so we can eventually franchise the Xtreme Gym 24/7 concept and bring our unique offerings to people around the country!

Jackie and Greg Miller, founders of Xtreme Gym 24/7, have been involved in fitness for most of their lives. In high school Jackie was on the track team and Greg in weightlifting. Over the years, the gym scene evolved, with Jiu-Jitsu, Krav Maga and Crossfit all enjoying huge popularity. 

Jackie and Greg always had regular gym memberships, to chains like Bally and 24 Hour Fitness, and Greg also had a Jiu-Jitsu membership. He grew increasingly interested in CrossFit, but their family's budget just didn't have room for yet another gym membership. This got them thinking - surely many other Americans have this same issue. 

When they totaled it all up, they realized they were paying over $200 a month in gym memberships - and that didn't even include Krav Maga or CrossFit! That's when genius struck and they decided to start their own gym, where classes and gym equipment could all be found under one roof for one low price. 

Greg Miller, Co-Owner and Krav Maga Instructor, is a Sergeant and has worked in law enforcement for 21 years. Sgt. Miller is the head Firearm Instructor and Defensive Tactics/Arrest control Instructor for his department, teaching law enforcement Krav Maga.

In 2009 Sgt. Miller became a Krav Maga instructor and switched his department's Defensive Tactic/Arrest Control to Krav Maga. In 2013, he became an Official Licensee of Krav Maga Worldwide Inc., so he could teach others as well. 

Sgt. Miller also loves to train in Jiu-Jitsu and is currently a blue belt under Steve Hordinski, owner of Relson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Academy in Littleton. A gym rat since he was 16, Miller has been involved in bodybuilding and power lifting.

Jackie Miller, Co-Owner and Fitness Instructor, has worked for the government for the last 13 years and in fitness for the last 30 years. She has always had a dream of opening her own gym, and so in November of last year she took the plunge and left her government job to pursue her dream full time. Jackie started training in Krav Maga in July 2013 and went to Krav Maga Worldwide in LA in September, where she fell in love with the self-defense moves!

Joaquin Baca, Personal Trainer, is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and is certified as a Level 1 CrossFit trainer. Joaquin has a B.A. in Kinesiology, from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is a retired police officeer with 17 years of law enforcement experience. Joaquin instructs police recruits and sworn personnel in all areas of arrest control, ground fighting, baton techniques and defensive tactics.

Matt Yaden, Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, is a professional wrestling trainer. He has three years of personal training experience and twelve years of professional wrestling experience. Matt is the Founder/VP of Wrestling Operations at NRW Sports Entertainment. He also worked for and learned from Al Snow with TNA Wrestling in Talent Relations (2012-2013). He is currently the Chatfield High School Assistant Wrestling Coach. In 2009-10 he was the Dakota Ridge High School Wrestling Strength and Conditioning Coach. From 1999-2006 he served in the USMC Reserve Infantry in Akron, OH and Aurora, CO.
