One Stop Servicing

TRIFECTA Property Service (TPS) can help you get that “To Do” list off the refrigerator! Our company oversees three major areas of home maintenance: LandscapingHouse Cleaning and Home Maintenance and one major area of customer service.

Under this umbrella, we also offer services such as home organization, trash or “junk” removal, rental property services, small event planning and  home safety check programs. The first and most important service we offer, however, is customer service. The key to the success of our business is built on customer relations and trust.

On Time            On Budget               Beyond Expectations

Blue Ribbon Services

TPS offers various services to help maintain and improve the investment you have in your home or rental property.

A representative from TPS will meet with you for a free consultation to determine the services that you need.   We will listen carefully and take detailed notes.   It is important at this first meeting that you let us know exactly what you are expecting from TPS.

Within three business days of our meeting, TPS will present  you with a comprehensive business proposal. It will include a detailed description of the services you request, a price analysis, a projected schedule and a business contract.

We feel that if both parties have a clear and  honest understanding of what is expected, then we have opened the door for a successful business relationship.

3 Main Service Areas

  1. Landscaping:  mowing, mulching, weeding, gardening, small  tree and leaf removal, snow plowing and sanding and planting.
  2. House Cleaning:  Private, office or rental properties. Cleaning, organizing, "old junk" removal, yard sales.
  3. Small Home Maintenance:  Painting, light construction, power washing, deck building.

Under the umbrella of the larger services, we also offer the following:

  1. Rental Property Services:  Marketing, reservations, lawn maintenance and cleaning.
  2. Home Safety Check:  Our region has many seasonal properties so our program offers various levels of home safety checks to ensure that when the client is not home, the home is safe.   Why would you need this?  Maybe there is a large branch swaying in the wind ready to come down on your roof?  Perhaps the chilly Maine winters have the broken pipe under the sink, flooding your bathroom?  Maybe the heat shut off?  Did the oil company forget to deliver? Who left unwelcome footprints in the snow?

But that is not the limit.  Looking for someone to take down your Christmas Tree, help plan a small dinner for 10 guests, organize your garage?  Our mission is to be a service company that  will be at the other end of the line when our clients need help with anything.  If we can't service you, you can count on us connecting you with the right business that can.

TPS has  an excellent working relationship with many contractors and site work compnaies for larger jobs, such as home building, plumbers, electricians and stone masons.

We also pride ourselves on not overbooking.  If we cannot honestly give your property and you the time that it needs, we will refer you to a company that we trust.

New Life, New Business

TRIFECTA Property Services Inc. was started by owners Gerard and Heather O'Brien in 2013, after they had a life changing experience in 2009.  Gerard was a Commercial Fisherman for over 20 years, when one day a cable snapped, holding 400 ton of herring and caught him under his arm.  It was a 3 year road to recovery and with this life changing event, he has decided to pass the helm to another fisherman and stay home more with his wife and kids.

Then the question came, "What am I going to do now?"  With lawyers and doctors pushing for him to collect Social Security Disability, this was a path they would not walk down. While there is some limited motion in his right arm, he is still able to physically work, contribute to his family financially and not take from those that really need assistance.   Once you have a strong work ethic as part of your persona, it is hard to take that away.  So, he ventured into the landscaping  and found that he has a passion for the industry.

Working 2 years for a local landscaping company, they decided that we needed to start a business on their own.  This decision did not come easy, but it proved after consideration of our ages, the ability to provide more for their children and seeing the need for a cohesive property service business in the region, it was something they wanted to pursue.

Why the need?  As both owners are involved with service based industries in the region, they found that year round, summer and property owners were looking for a company that did more than "just one service".  Some were tired of waiting for the lawn to get mowed, frustrated to come home from vacation and the cleaning did not get done and most importantly never hearing from the business owner until they received an invoice in the mail.

After a year of planning, buildng a business plan, a marketing program and purchasing intial equipment, they started successfully and are at  point to expand within the company. With the expansion, the goal is to add two to three season full time positions.

The additional purchased equipment will allow us to expand and, contrary to the saying, "Be at two places at once."  Items that will be purchased will be a riding lawn mower, gardening tools, a trailer for the truck,  a sander for the winter plowing months, and needed cleaning tools for the housekeepers to also be at two places at once!

Our goal is to build a business that we are proud of and that our clients repsect and refer.  It is important for Gerard and Heather in growing their  business to teach their kids strong worth ethics, the importance of customer relations and show them that despite one door closing in life, a new one can open.

We Are A Face, Not An Invoice

Anyone can mow a lawn or vaccum the living room.  However, at TPS we pride our business reputation on the fact that we offer professional customer service, top quality workmanship, and competitive pricing for all of our clients.

Professional Customer Service:  Clients pay a lot of money each year for the maintenance of their property. TPS understands this is an investment.  That is why they take the intial consulation, the busines proposal and open communication lines very seriously as the first step in building a positive relationship with their clients.

Workmanship:  All of our employees are trained, have background checks and are expected to perform all services with respect to your property.  Each time an TPS employee visit a property, they are given a checklist of services to be performed, so we can ensure the job is getting done. TPS will follow up with each property with a personal visit from the owners to ensure that the job is complete  to TPS expectations.

Competitive Pricing:  The more services the client takes advantage of, the better pricing we can offer.  How?  If we have employees mowing the lawn and cleaning the house, then we feel we are providing you a service of getting one stop shopping, so why not provide a reward for it.   We are priced competitive to other businesses in the region.  We also provide excellent wages for our employees, so they take pride in their employement with TPS.
