TriageNow is a time-of-injury call center staffed with registered nurses available 24/7 to assess the needs of injured employees. Using our proprietary software, our staff is able to provide specially-trained expertise to address the immediate concern within moments of injury, preventing unnecessary expense while guiding the injured employee to the most appropriate level of care. 

Our service provides employers peace of mind, with the knowledge that any workplace injuries will be dealt with quickly, professionally, and in the best interest of not just the employee but also the company's bottom line.

In the unfortunate event that a workplace injury occurs, it often falls on an ill-prepared supervisor to determine not just what level of care is necessary to ensure the safety of the employee, but also which reports to file and what paperwork needs to be completed. This is an overwhelming scenario for anyone, requiring extensive knowledge of medical, legal and insurance information. All too often, the injury is misjudged, resulting in either unnecessary, costly trips to the Emergency Room or, even worse, potentially serious complications underlying seemingly minor injuries are overlooked. 



 

Once an employer has signed up with TriageNow, they are provided a designated 800 number, which will enables our software and call center agent to determine which company you're calling from before the call has even begun. This is just one way in which we have streamlined the call process to ensure that you get results quickly. We know that the faster we do our job, the safer your employees are, the happier you are, and the better for your company. 
 


 

TriageNow seeks to provide employers a resource for decreasing their claims, lowering the costs of their claims, and ensuring injured employees receive the care they need -- thereby enabling them to get back to work sooner. 

For the first $15,000 spent on an injury, for every dollar spent, $2.35 will be added to an employer's annual premium. Below, we illustrate average savings for employers who utilize TriageNow.


Our proprietary software was designed around advanced medical algorithms developed with the support of our Medical Director, who previously served as a triage physician in the military. This "in-the-field" experience was instrumental to our development of an expedited process. Our software helps employers to reduce reporting time, provide superior delivery and customization options, to ensure that the service we provide meets the needs of your company, no matter the size or scope. Furthermore, we house our server in the IO Data Center in Phoenix -- an area of the country where natural disasters are quite rare, meaning there is never any down time. 

TriageNow is the only non-subcontracted triage call center. We maintain relationships with our facilities to provide aggressive return-to-work policies, by following up with the injured employee to ensure they are getting the care they need, and that the incident does as little damage to your company's bottom line as possible.

We even handle OSHA reporting (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) for you. A time-consuming, in-depth endeavor, requiring not just completing and filing paperwork but also management and maintenance -- we can take care of all of it. We are currently in the process of developing additional optional services, such as drug testing and background screening. 



Our headquarters in Gilbert, Arizona staff registered nurses 24/7, ensuring high-quality care and guidance are available to your employees any time of day.

Since first conceiving of the TriageNow model in January of 2013 we have seen incredible strides made in the development of this important service. 

By early March we had created a functional, saleable product, including software development, protocol development, initial client setup, call center training and development of a full training program

We have since established several key relationships with large insurance agencies, third-party administrators (TPAs) and professional employer organizations (PEOs), demonstrating our growing acceptance in the market


We are now receiving a steady stream of referrals and contracts from the above partners


In July, we expanded our sales team to include additional tele-sales and outside sales people with industry experience 


This expansion resulted in significant acceleration of sales prospects, including promising opportunities with USA Mobile Drug Testing, Cheesecake Factory and LA County

In addition, we are finalizing negotiations with 2 sizable TPAs who will provide more calls/year than we had initially expected to receive in our first two years of operation.

In less than a year we have successfully created a solution desperately needed across all labor-driven industries, and demonstrated our acceptance in the market. Looking to the future, we expect to grow into several other regions to bring our comprehensive offerings to other markets.
