TitlePal is a Web-based lender that allows anyone with a clear auto title the ability to get cash online in minutes.

Key Highlights:

  • TitlePal has several third-party integrations running algorithms on the customer once an application is received
  • These algorithms range from customer verification, ability to pay as well as vehicle inspection
  • TitlePal is also able to secure its lien on the collateral through one of these integrations
  • After verifying this information and upon approval, money is immediately deposited into the customers' bank account

TitlePal realized that every year there are 2 million Americans that pawn their vehicle title at store fronts.

They do this while having to fight traffic and deal with the embarrassment of face-to face-contact.

To make matters worse, they have to endure very poor service to obtain a simple loan on an asset they own free and clear.

TitlePal solves these problems by allowing anyone to get money online without going to a storefront.

Anyone with a free and clear title can:

Our history is our future
Our founder's father is well-known in this space and was a pioneer in the automobile industry. He was a franchised car dealer and focused on the “buy here, pay here” model for financing vehicles. He also used technology in his business and developed a device that prevented a vehicle from starting when payments were not made on time, coincidently the name of this technology was “On Time.”

Our relationships
TitlePal has a direct relationship with Pawn Club, LLC (Store Front Pawn Shop that our founder owns). Pawn Club is a "Pawn Partner" of TitlePal and acts as a model for future pawn partners.  When a customer comes to the Pawn Shop and wants to do a title pawn, they are directed to the TitlePal Kiosk, and they proceed to do their loan on our Web portal. This “Pawn Partner” relationship looks to be established in many of the 11,000 pawn shops  through out the United States.

Millions in underwritten loans
Our Executive Team has underwritten $50,000,000 in these “Buy Here Pay Here” type of loans historically.  These “Buy Here Pay Here” customers are the same  customer TitlePal is financing. The only difference is TitlePal does not have to  go buy the inventory then sell the vehicle in order to finance it. The customer brings us the inventory and we finance it.

Unique acquisition model
With TitlePal we just change how we acquire the asset (we don’t have to buy cars and then sell to finance), which lowers our overhead costs. We now acquire the asset through technology.

Our funding portal is fully operational, but our heritage is also worth noting.

In 1994 the Farr family used technology in the "buy here, pay here" space and developed "on-time" -- a development that would prevent vehicles from starting if payments were not made on time.

The Farr family was the first to market with this technology.

It is now commonplace today for lenders that are in the subprime space.
