We've expanded our belt clip company so much we're out of space for product inventory and employees. We found the perfect location nearby at a steal-it price. It has space for an office and reception area, and a bigger shipping area and plenty of space for storing and shipping our larger inventory.  The low selling price has to do with the fact that the building is 90% completed. We have paid a deposit and currently are under contract and in escrow.

When completed, this building will nearly double in value and provide an additional revenue stream from four (4) tenants.
 

We started in the cellular accessory business in 1996.  Shortly after, we found good success in distribution and in volume sales to Motorola, Sprint and Nextel.  We also discovered that there were better profits outside the cellular industry.

Luckily, about that time, we had a few medical device manufacturers and GPS companies starting to order in bigger volume, and at higher price points. So, we improvised and switched our thoughts towards everything but cell phones and we quickly discovered new profit streams based on better products than 'cellular grade' and adaptability to various devices. Not only that, but when we switched away from cellular, we left a thousand competitors behind. Our new customers care about quality and strength first, not cost. We love that. That's us!

This is NOT an Internet 'Drop Shipping' pipe-dream, these are real products and we are the manufacturers and exclusive suppliers for these innovative items. Much of our current volume wholesale business comes from manufacturing companies in Asia, buying our Asian and US made products. Most of our online international web sales serve small wholesale and retail orders with significant margins.

Now go a step further and try and call a few of the other listings. If you ask the types of questions we're asked by callers, you'll quickly see how we succeed. 

Our #1 Google rank generates dozens of inbound calls per week from manufacturers, design engineers and new product development types. They ask us to help them integrate some type of belt clip into their product. Some need a consumer installed package, others are installed into a final product.  Either way, you'll have to know a great deal about all manner of portable devices, who uses them, where they're used, the device size and weight and lots more.  None of our so-called 'competitors' do any of that.  If they make stamped steel clips they can't help someone needing a plastic clip, and vice-versa.  So the real way we capitalize on those search results is to make our phone number readily available, simply answer the calls and ship the best products available fast.  To us it's stunning that many companies with good search rankings cannot be reached by telephone.  We're on the phones all day, every day helping companies decide which clip is best.
