The Fit Squad, Inc. is a company dedicated to teaching elite athleticism through interval fitness training.  We are currently expanding operations in both a 6000 square foot gym as well as a pay per view, fitness training website.  Sondra Faas, founder and owner of The Fit Squad, Inc. is a former national IFBB competitor and continues to maintain an award winning physique through proper nutrition and daily exercise.

I started my company, The Fit Squad, Inc., in October of 2007.  Given my IFBB history, I was compelled to help other people achieve the highest level of fitness.  Hence the company was initially concerned with personal, one on one training.  Since then it has grown to include private group training in a private studio and Boot Camp classes.  In particular, the response was overwhelmingly positive to my Boot Camp classes which employs the time tested exercise technique of interval fitness training.  Today, with the help of a bright, motivated CFO, by the name of Andy Euell, I'm poised to expand operations to brand new location with over 6000 sqft of training space.  Add to it the Virtual Trainer and online fitness training and we have something very, very special.  As you can see too, I keep myself in top physical condition because I'm 100% committed to both my company and all that we stand for; most notably, elite fitness training.

We have a two pronged approach to teaching elite fitness.  First, we are slated to move into our new Fit Squad Fitness Center, a 6000+ square foot gym with 30 interval training cages (ITC), numerous fitness machines and weights.  The most exciting aspect of our expansion is "Virtual Training".  The first of its kind, our Fitness Center will introduce the first ever, "Virtual Trainer" at each training cage - essentially a video on demand feature which instructs and motivates each individual as they go through our interval training regimen.  The compliment to the "Virtual Trainer" is our online version of virtual fitness training.  We will launch a pay per view site in March which will highlight Sondra Faas in all her fitness training routines.  A trailer of this product can be found here or at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1c0jzpMN6oY .
