First, we’ve got the perfect location to service a captive market of diners with healthy disposable incomes and an appetite for dining out all week long.  (Do millennials cook?)  We already own the lease for a 8,000+ square foot restaurant space in Santa Monica’s tony Water Garden office complex. 

The Water Garden is a Class A office complex situated on 17 acres in Santa Monica, California. In other words: prime real estate. The facility is comprised of six 6-story glass towers and two 5-story glass tower totaling 1.27 million square feet with three levels of subterranean parking.

That’s a ton of office space that dozens of dynamic companies call home, including high-profile technology, entertainment, financial services, and media companies and even a few law firms. 

But wait!  There’s more.  Across the street in virtually any direction lie other prime office complexes: the Colorado Center (another 1.1 million square feet of office space), the Universal Music Group corporate headquarters, Lionsgate Entertainment’s HQ,  and many others.  You cannot fall down in this neighborhood and not hit a busy office worker looking for his or her next meal.
