With Prime 16, we're aiming to bring the residents of the Pelham area  a new kind of burger and brew experience with one of the newest franchises around, Prime 16.

Prime 16 is raising the bar for gastropubs and other craft-beer-and-gourmet-food establishments. After the success of Prime 16 first two branches in two cities in Connecticut, we think the time is right to open a Prime 16 of our own, right in Pelham, NY.  

Prime 16 features an elevated burger and beer experience that sets itself apart in more ways than one, especially when it comes to its menu offerings.

Prime 16's menu consist of gourmet takes on classic American fare. The highlight: its choice of 16 specialty burgers made from fresh, never frozen, 100% all-natural Angus beef. In addition, we also offer choice alternatives to beef, such as bison, turkey, lamb, veggie, and crab cake burgers.

AND what better companion for big, juicy burgers than a glass of cold beer—right from the tap.

Prime 16 caters to the growing craft beer burger scene with a rotating tap of 20 beers that includes local, domestic and international beers. Our daily selection is sure to wow craft beer enthusiasts and even sway non-beer drinkers, while ensuring that all our customers have something new to taste and look forward to every day.

It also offers a combination of salads, appetizer, sandwiches, entrees, and weekly dinner specials to attract a wider customer base.

Prime 16 already has two branches. The first one is located in 172 St, New Haven and the second is at 464 Boston Post Rd, Orange, both in Connecticut.  New Haven earns a total revenue of roughly $2.3 million every year while Orange does a total of roughly $3.4 million every year.

Over the first few years since Prime 16’s launch, it has quickly grown a strong base of clients who are highly satisfied with the food, drinks and service. Online review sites such as Trip Advisor, Yelp, and Urban Spoon feature numerous positive reviews on the two branches.

We are a team of veterans in the foodservice and beverage industry who wants to create a casual yet upscale and comfortable yet elegant place where people can enjoy gourmet burgers and craft beer...and look forward to their next visit.

Dave worked as bar manager and bartender for Social on 6 and Fire Pit Tavern. He has extensive experience and knowledge in cocktail preparation, beer selection, and running a profitable bar that will allow Prime 16 to operate a bar that will draw in customers and keep them coming back.

Thomas is currently an investment associate at Paulson Investment Company. He is also the head server at Social on 6, a fine casual restaurant with an upscale twist. His financial expertise and restaurant experience are valuable assets to running a restaurant such as Prime 16.
