Alishea's expertise spans compliance, purchasing, product intake, and supply chain management, with a strong proficiency in seed-to-sale track-and-trace technology and software like Metre. As COO of Mitch's Boutique, Alishea managed daily operations, developed operating procedures, and maintained critical vendor relationships. She was responsible for creating policies, overseeing inventory control, and ensuring compliance with evolving cannabis legislation. Most recently, as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer HCS-Girling Home Care in Brooklyn, NY, Byrd has helped to double the size of a very successful home health care business through both organic growth and sizable acquisitions. Today that home care enterprise approximates $1 billion in annual revenue and has plans to significantly continue that growth trajectory over the next five years and beyond. His responsibilities in this role include, directing all daily financial and operational functions including finance, HR, technology/automation, and administrative functions within the Certified Home Health Care space. He is currently preparing more effective policies and procedures across all internal operational areas. Some of Byrd's career achievements include leading the consolidation of four regional medical groups and ultimately forming $215M AdvantageCare Physicians (ACP), serving 450K customers.
