Mark has participated in, formed, or funded a family of businesses operating under the LANDCO name providing services or investing in commercial real estate. In his current role as CEO and co-founder at PIPR Network, Mark is serving real estate sponsors and private investors in the current capital markets by tapping more than 30 years of experience in nearly all facets of commercial real estate including, analyst, acquisitions, debt and equity fundraising, development, commercial leasing, property management and asset management. PIPR Network bridges the gap between qualified sponsors operating discretionary funds and private investors. Before joining LANDCO in 1998, Mark held key positions at American Union and before that performed real estate brokerage services at Norris Begg’s and Simpson, a West Coast real estate and commercial loan origination firm. He graduated from the University of Santa Clara in 1983 with a degree in business.

Prabhu is the former Global Chief Operating Officer of Merrill Lynch’s Real Estate Investments Unit where he was since 2007 in a senior capacity managing strategy, investments and operations for a $3 billion global real estate investment platform consisting of real estate funds and joint ventures. Prior to that he was a real estate and finance attorney for over a decade at major global law firms in Sydney, Australia and New York. Prabhu is an admitted attorney in Australia and the U.S. (New York) graduating from the University of New South Wales in Sydney with a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) obtained with distinction and a Bachelor of Laws.
