Organica is a new restaurant chain concept with a modest goal: to change the way the world thinks about fast food.

With a menu of quick, quality food, all at affordable prices and all 100% natural and organic, Organica will be a healthful, organic alternative to the biggest names in the traditional fast food industry.

Organica's menu will feature all of the fast food classics with the crucial organic twist:

At Organica, everything will be all-natural and all-organic, down to the dairy, the condiments and whole wheat, white or gluten-free bread.

If you need proof that the organic approach is the way of the food future in the United States, just ask Whole Foods: their meteoric rise to the top of the grocery store landscape serves as a perfect illustration of how Americans nationwide are rethinking their food choices and putting organic ingredients and methods at the top of their priority list.

But in our on-the-go world, sometimes you just need food fast, and when the closest McDonald's, Wendy's or Burger King is the only alternative, your best healthy eating intentions can get left at the drive-through window.

At Organica, we believe customers shouldn't have to choose between super-speed service and healthful organic menu choices. That's why we're doing both, offering our guests all the convenience of fast food with all the benefits of organic ingredients, challenging the world's assumptions about what a fast food chain looks like in the process. Right now, our plan is to open our first Organica location in Tampa, Florida, but our vision goes far beyond that. We believe that the Organica restaurant chain has the potential to challenge the supremacy of the global leaders in the fast food industry, including McDonald's, Burger King and Wendy's. Anywhere in the world there's fast food, there can be an Organica, providing a healthful, ethical alternative to the usual fast food fare.

George Baker started working in the fast food industry at the ripe old age of 14. He spend 11 years working with restaurants, including Birraporretti's, Church's Chicken, Taco Bueno and McDonald's, in addition to his 20 years of experience in technology working with the for Fortune 500 companies on their key business needs. In the course of his experience in the food industry, he's seen some restaurants that used great, high-quality ingredients, and others that used really poor-quality ones, however, none with one organic option or ingredient. As restaurants and grocery stores nationwide began adopting organic ingredients and methods, George became concerned that fast food wasn't keeping up with the trend. He decided to take matters into his own hands, and Organica was born.
