Fast Facts
Insufficient HVAC Systems
and Poor IAQ
Homeowners and business owners face a number of challenges regarding the air in their buildings.
POOR INDOOR AIR QUALITY (IAQ)
Building codes require modern homes and buildings to be sealed against air leaks to conserve energy, causing buildup of indoor air pollutants. Standard HVAC systems recirculate air, allowing airborne viruses, bacteria, molds and fungi to accumulate in the building.
INABILITY TO MONITOR HVAC SYSTEM
Homes and low-rise commercial buildings lack the built-in diagnostics that cars and other expensive items have. This leaves owners without the ability to monitor their HVAC system or the environments where they live, work, learn, shop, play and worship.
HIGH ENERGY COSTS
The energy inefficiencies of the HVAC systems currently available for low-rise buildings or homes can average $1,000 per year in unnecessary energy costs.
There is also a demand for connected homes and businesses, SMART dilutional (COVID) ventilation, solutions to health issues cause by climate change, and Social Determinants of Health (SDoH) data.
Innovative System Improves IAQ
The Natural Air E-Controls System is the first SMART Whole-Building Ventilation controller with SMART HVAC System performance monitoring and SMART Environmental Sensors. Our SMART controller provides the link between indoor air quality safeguards, whole-building ventilation, energy savings of self-monitoring equipment, and environmental monitoring by upgrading your existing or new HVAC system into a SMART whole building ventilation system.
OPTIMIZE INDOOR AIR QUALITY (IAQ)
The Natural Air E-Controls System optimizes IAQ in a way that is adaptive and responsive to outdoor air quality and conditions, bringing the best of the outdoors indoorsonly when needed.
HVAC MONITORING AND CONTROLLING
Our system transforms a conventional HVAC system into an adaptable SMART environmental control and monitoring system, which monitors air quality, system performance and more, and reports through an app-based visual dashboard.
SAVE ON ENERGY COSTS
The Natural Air E-Controls System monitors, controls, and integrates the performance of existing and new HVAC system, maximizing energy efficiency and reducing energy costs. Bringing the best of the outdoors indoorsnot only improves air quality but saves money, by using outdoor air to cool or heat the indoors when conditions are favorable.
Key Features: Products
SMART HVAC Monitor & Ventilation Controller:
Monitors and controls the system and air quality using five sensor arrays located in the Indoor Air Return, Outdoor Air Intake, HVAC Output Duct, Exhaust Duct and the Air Handler.
SMART HVAC Monitor & Boost Controller:
Monitors the function of the outside compressor unit (AC or Heat Pump) in cooling and heating cycles and controls the Energy Efficiency Booster.
Natural Air E-Controls LED UVC Sanitizer:
Powerful UVC LEDs sanitize the air handler and the air itself, eliminating airborne bacteria, viruses, mold and fungi.
Heat Pump/Compressor Energy Efficiency Booster:
Employing an ultra-fine water mist, the booster is designed to reduce energy costs by as much as 30%.
Water Quality Monitor and Hot Water Heater Efficiency Booster:
This Water Quality Monitor uses sensors to determine the presence or absence of chemical, heavy metal and/or biological contaminants in running water. Using our SMART adaptive technology, this product learns your hot water usage and solar hot water production to optimize energy efficiency.
Medical Device:
This product is a proposed Class I-level medical device that will offer a pre-set combination of the above products, along with software designed for this specific use of the technology.
