MillenniumBlok® is a lightweight and unique green building material, efficient to manufacture within a Large Permanent Plant or a Mobile Manufacturing Plant and easy to install using local, unskilled labor with minimal basic tools. The product is durable and affordable - it can be used in low income housing as well as multi-million dollar architectural masterpieces. We have the capacity to ship “KIT” Homes which can include steel floor and roof trusses, roofing material, windows, doors - everything needed to dry in the shell. This will be extremely helpful in situations where fast construction is desired as in disaster areas like Puerto Rico or anywhere in the world needing low cost easy to install housing.

Replacing An Outdated Build


Technology has rapidly flourished in recent decades. Everything is available faster and cheaper -- everything is conveniently available. Everything except our building methods. Much of the  building materials used (such as in CMU block shown to the right),  look very similar to those that have been relied on for over a hundred years. They are costly and time consuming to use.

MillenniumBlok® saves time and money during construction and is lower in cost-to-live-in and maintain.

Builders use the same materials that come with the same inherent problems: Wood frame construction is prone to mold and threatened by fires and hurricane force winds. CMU concrete blocks are heavy, low “R” values and expensive to install. The most modern option, polystyrene blocks, are too light and require large amounts of bracing and prone to pest problems.

Installation racks up more costs, and laborers often have to be skilled. Additionally, most builders do not take into consideration their impact on the environment.

MillenniumBlok® can be made anywhere thanks to the Mobile Manufacturing Factory system, which can be set up in just 30 days and shipped in 8 – 10 containers. This functionality allows MillenniumBlok® to be created anywhere around the world, letting its builders manufacture the exact amount they need within their own timeframe.

Labor

Installation is easy, fast, and requires no special tools, no cement or glue joints (dry stack). MillenniumBlok® installation is 5 times faster than CMU concrete block installation and more efficient than wood frame construction.

For end users, such as property owners, MillenniumBlok® is substantially more cost effective, not only to build with, but offers an easy-to-maintain structure. The product has  little to no maintenance expenses especially compared to conventional construction systems.

Manufacturing

Our patented Manufacturing Methods have a great advantage over the existing industry.

We are installing this new equipment in a factory provided to MillenniumBlock® in Monroeville, AL for our use and is now ready to be occupied. Our patented manufacturing methods and equipment will be installed into the facility and we will have the ability to manufacture and ship up to 15+ average US homes per day or 30+ low income houses per day.

Stable Traction

MilleniumBlok® has been used in over two thousand construction projects over the years, where it has proved to be flexible, cost effective, and durable commercial and residential structures.
A 53,000 square foot factory has been built in Monroeville, Alabama to establish a stable manufacturing stream. 

Molds and other manufacturing equipment have been designed and patented to make creation of the product quick and easy. The manufacturing process is perfected and ready to be scaled.

The product has been extensively tested for durability. Military testing proved that it shows “Force Resistance” and provides “Personal Protection.” MillenniumBlok® can withstand hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes and flooding.

Meet The Crew

David E. West | President/CEO | David E. West has extensive experience in ICF manufacturing; design and implementation of manufacturing equipment; and field sales and marketing in the construction industry. Mr. West had a part in founding Envirowall Technologies (now Rastra International Inc.), Northeast Georgia Contracting, Moriah Industries, and Southern Specialty Equipment. He invented MillenniumBlok® as building material solution that recycles polystyrene.

K. Morgan Varner | Legal Counsel | An early investor in MillenniumBlok®, K. Morgan Varner practices transactional law. Mr. Varner has extensive construction law experience and has represented both entrepreneurs and established firms in business disputes. 

Barry M. Martin | Chief Financial Officer | Barry M. Martin has worked in the commercial real estate markets for over 35 years, while also working in construction management and commercial property management. He has owned and operated two real estate firms.

David Scott Henson | Chief Operating Officer | After serving his country for 27 years as a Navy Civil Engineering Corp Officer and Special Warfare Operator, David Scott Henson founded Wave Construction, an upscale home builder. He has experience in critical product design issues and entitlement procurement.
