Organizations that select the paid version of mediafeedia are able to custom-brand their posts on Facebook via mediafeedia's Tag-it feature, complete with a clickable link to the organization’s Website or other Web accessible digital assets. The mediafeedia dashboard also enables the business to have team members easily and safely collaborate on content publishing on the organization’s social media properties. The Company embraces a “freemium” business model whereby users can use the basic product for free and then upgrade to paid plans such as mediafeediaPLUS™ which provides enhanced premium features. mediafeedia licenses the premium level (paid services) of its platform interface, or “dashboard,” to business customers that seek to promote their businesses on Facebook™ business fan pages, Twitter (and other social networks in the future) via a monthly recurring subscription fee. Paid plan price points are currently as follows: Bronze $5.95, Silver $15.95 and Gold $19.95 with each plan differentiated by number of social profiles, number of team members, custom brands and number of allowable posts per day. Additional users/brandings may be added incrementally as well. We are targeting a price range of between $6.00 per month and $200.00 per month user. Additional premium features are also planned.
Businesses may sign up online for mediafeedia and self-provision the service. During the sign-up process all Facebook fan pages and Twitter accounts administered by the customer may be automatically synchronized with the mediafeedia dashboard in just minutes, enabling the customer to immediately begin managing content and engaging its fan base. mediafeedia is a powerful SaaS dashboard, yet simple to acquire, simple to use and affordable for virtually every small and medium size business in the world. Mediafeedia is even appealing to larger enterprise-level companies.
The Company plans to expand its capabilities to interface with other social networks and for mobile and other social media marketing and engagement tools.
To date the company has, through necessity, acquired all of its users organically. Over 20K users have signed up for mediafeedia's free service plan. When "free" users publish content to Facebook via the mediafeedia dashboard the post carriers with it an attributable link (*via mediafeedia) along with a clickable link to the mediafeedia Website. Free users promote mediafeedia when they post content to the Facebook business pages they control. Therefore, free users are a very important growth component of mediafeedia. Paid subscriptions to mediafeedia allow posting with no attributable publisher name or the paid subscriber may select the premium feature "Tag-It" to attribute the post to their own brand along with a clickable link to the brands Website or other Web asset.
Without adequate financial resources the Company was unable to rapidly deploy "paid subscription plans" (until 2013) and continues to lack the sales resources to actively up-sell its base of free users to paid plans. Once funding is secured the Company will hire appropriate level of sales resources to contact the base and convert a portion of the base to paid service plans. Additionally the Company plans to contact new free users immediately upon sign up and attempt to convert (up-sell) them to paid service plans.
The primary component of the marketing plan however is to advertise (for the first time) through the use of pay-per-click (PPC) ads, display ads (CPM) and other Web based strategies. The management team has extensive experience running successful Web advertising initiatives but has been unable to deploy this strategy for mediafeedia due to a lack of financial resources. The company plans to advertise on popular technology and social media blogs, Google Ad Words, and social media sites (primarily Facebook).
