Smart Contracts | Using our Lotus Energy Tokens (LOT) or their own domestic currency, users can pay for energy supplied by Lotus via our consumable energy tokens (Photons).

Product Development | An MVP for LET-Net is already developed. There are scheduled trials on the regulated network with major distribution companies.

LET-Net is currently being enhanced to communicate to additional solar inverters and battery solutions to expand the potential network. The energy billing, energy transfer and energy monitoring is already operational.

Anthony Vippond
CEO
Anthony has developed successful companies from humble beginnings. He owned and managed All Electrical Group (AEG) and created one of Australia’s largest electrical and communications companies. He subsequently sold the company to pursue property, construction and infrastructure interests. Anthony then went on to build a leading property research, investment and project underwriting company with offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, New Delhi, Singapore and Hong Kong. He successfully completed ‘Sky Lounge’, a Melbourne CBD hotel. Anthony has experience in robotics, automation, construction and advanced communications and has designed and installed systems for the automotive, communications, construction, and heavy industrial industries. His skills in large scale solar energy projects have been instrumental in developing major projects under a unique business model for the region.

CFO
Ian has 40 years professional experience, as a Chartered Accountant with specialist expertise in the areas of Business development, expansion & strategy; re-organisations & re-constructions; expert business forensic reports at Supreme  Court of Australia; corporate IPO floats, London, Canada and Australia. Ian has held corporate positions including Chairman, Director, CEO, Financial Controller, and Corporate Adviser.

Lt. Colonel (Retd) Kyle Tyrrell
COO
MBA, GAICD, CPM, PSC(j). With over 30 years of leadership and management experience in highly complex environments Kyle has a proven record of significant contribution to the vision of the organisation he serves. He is a critical thinker, bringing clarity and poise to both strategy and execution. Kyle has worked on highly confidential and delicate projects at the strategic level which have required high levels of discretion. His experience has been gained in a range of industries including Defence, Public Safety, National Security, Risk Management, Management Consulting, Telecommunications, Finance and Not-for-profit.

James Madden
HEAD OF IT
James is a senior IBM Project Manager with experience across the IT industry. He has worked across many accounts within IBM, managing both hardware and software projects. James has experience managing large outsourced teams to deliver complex programs of work. Specialties include: Program and Project Management, creative problem solver, decisive leadership, strong analytical skills, team player, developing relationships, communication skills and document writing.

Alan Vippond
HEAD OF PV SOLAR & RENEWABLE ENERGY DESIGN & INSTALLATIONS
Alan Vippond commenced his electrical apprenticeship in 1967 and became an A grade electrician in 1972. A few years later, Alan obtained his registered electrical contractors licence. He is experienced in all facets of domestic, commercial and industrial work including air conditioning, automation, reticulation, refrigeration, Optus communications network hybrid coax to fibre, solar domestic, commercial and industrial installations since 1991. Alan is passionate about renewable energy and in particular solar, and believes it is the face of the future. Alan has worked on major projects in the renewables sector.

Daniel Sobers
HEAD OF CRYPTOCURRENCY
Daniel graduated from the Swinburne School of Design, Melbourne, Australia with a Bachelors in Design (BA-DES). Today he is an Experienced CEO with a history of working in the marketing and advertising industry for over two decades. Daniel has been involved in Forex trading as a hobby since 2009, and later became an avid cryptocurrency investor/enthusiast in 2014. He has since assisted many clients in developing their own cryptocurrency portfolios and is heavily involved in the newly emerging Fintech Industry. Being very interested in sustainable living, he has also successfully completed the NABCEP certification in photovoltaics system sizing and installation, from the US Solar institute.
