We live in a modern world, one where our technological choices seem to be ever-expanding. However, this illusion of choice results from the fact that many things are actually being “replaced” with ineffective, but widely popular, “solutions.”

Let’s look at the Point of Sale platform industry, as an example. While at once point business owners had a plethora of expensive, bespoke solutions from which to choose, now the market is dominated by “one-size-fits-all” legacy producers from the retail world.

Unfortunately, one size does not fit all. Retail-originated solutions to the payment problem do not transition well to other spheres, especially those that depend on a persistent emotional connection between the buyer, service provider, and venue owners.

Effective retail POS solutions definitely expedite the buying process for groceries or hardware, but they are very off-putting for human users. They also don’t adapt well to the semi-social business model employed by most family-run salon operations.

LLDTEK puts the personal touch and bespoke feel back into the sales process for intimate businesses. It was designed by a nuclear engineer who couldn’t find a usable off-the-shelf solution for managing his own family’s nail salon in an friendly manner.

By putting his years of hard work managing multiple family-run salons with ineffective tools to work, he created a streamlined, socially-forward solution that keeps customers, employees, contractors and owners all happy and focused on the work, not the pay.

Exploiting the inherent technophobia in the salon industry, he designed our premier product specifically with dead-simple ease of use as an interface mainstay. While every aspect of our solution is customizable, it is also seamless and run-ready out of the box.

If you are responsible for running any salons, from a single family shot to a fleet of franchises, LLDTEK has a solution that will delight your customers, inform your staff, satisfy your contractors, and free up your own focus for more important tasks.

David Pham, our co-founder, managing partner, and chief operating officer, is responsible for overall operations of the company. Mr. Pham was formerly in the US Navy, and holds a BS degree in Nuclear Engineering from Texas A&M.

Larry Huynh, our co-founder, managing partner, and sales executive, is responsible for establishing the distribution network. Mr. Huynh has over twenty years’ experience.
 

Kevin Ngo, our co-founder, first-stage investor, managing partner, and chief financial officer, is responsible for all company financials and related matters. Mr. Ngo is a chemical engineer who graduated from HCM University of Technology (Vietnam.)

Len Tran, our co-founder and chief engineer is responsible for the development, testing, and finalization of LLDTEK’s software products. Mr. Tran has over 18 years of experience in software development, as technical director for several companies in Vietnam.
