Zoe Keating recently shocked the music business by revealing she wasn’t making money on Spotify! Her earnings from Spotify – turned out to be around 3/10th of a cent per listen. With 1.5 million streams on Pandora over six months, she earned only $1,652.74.

As music streaming grows, artists royalties are continuing to decline. Music artists need to find new ways to make money in the "new" music industry.

As a way for music artists, labels and venues to increase revenue, LiveTRAXs developed the LiveTRAXs Concert App. The app allows musicians to sell their live performance and gives fans the ability to interact  in real-time by sending tweets, texts, facebook messages and photos to the concert screens in the arena. As with American Idol, the fan interactions are monetized which generates new revenue streams to touring acts immediately.

With larger acts, we will also add livestreaming of the concert performance.  The livestream concert will by produced as a multi-camera event and hosted by LiveTRAXs "iHost VJ's". Fans will have access to interviews with the artists and have the opportunity to ask their own questions. Online viewers will also be able to go backstage with the VJ's and see their favorite artists with "Virtual VIP" backstage access.

A high quality recording is made available of the concert for fans to download individual tracks or puschase the entire performance.  The .mp3 files are offered as downloads to the app, on USB Wristbands or on our custom VIP Lanyad (via the unique QR Code).  Additionally, fans are enabled to text and chat in real-time with their favorite artists. The app allows fans to message and send photos during the show; in addition to having the ability to purchase: music, merchandise, posters, tickets and any other service offer from the artist.  In-App purchase is activated for prodcuts and messaging services. Additionally, fans can using Paypal or credit/debit cards for transactions. The app is available with: iPad, iPhone & Android devices.

Audio purchase and messaging access:
High-quality music tracks are purchased and downloaded to the users smartphone. Enabling message and photo sharing allows users to send their message and photo (either from their library or real-time photos) to the concert screens in the arena.
 

Music and offers purchased through the VIP Lanyard:
Artists can sell their current album, previously released tracks and that night's live performance via the VIP Lanyard. The VIP Lanyard also comes with access to special events and group memberships.  Scanning the QR code delivers the offering from the artist.

USB Wristband .mp3:
Music tracks are made available via the USB Wristband immediately after the performance. Fans can play the files using their PC, Car Audio or via the new popular portable players on the market. We also offer the players at the concert and via our website.

LiveTRAXs went on the road with mulit-million selling artists: Confunkshun, Dazz Band and Club Nouveau to test our processes. At the time, the concert app was still in development, but we were still able to provide all engagement services.

Fans everywhere have been excited and amazed when they find out that they can reach out to their favorite artists in real-time by sending immediate feedback in the form of text messages as well as sending their own personal photo to the large concert screens in the venue.
LiveTRAXs has created a new level of engagement for the fan that has driven them to purchase more products from the group.

We are currently negotiating an agreement with World One Presents at Thunder Valley Casino to bring our solution exclusively to their events. We begin in June and will have the ability to work with such groups as: Cameo, Chicago, Huey Lewis and the News, Chris Isaak, Heart and the Beach Boys.

We recently signed an agreement with veteran entertainment attorney Owen Sloane to represent LiveTRAXs to top entertainment agencies, record labels, and venues including LiveNation and AEG.
 

Live concert goer’s are the artists most engaged fans and the live show is one of the best opportunities a musician has to land sales.   “The conversion rates at live shows are on par with those we see with good email marketing” according to John Oszajca Music Manifesto 2.0

New entrants are moving into the live streaming space as we are, however at this time, LiveTRAXs is the only company monetizing the live interaction with fans inside and outside of the arena while providing high quality recordings track-by-track (or the entire performance) to all fans.

In additon our unique streaming service is hosted by our own LiveTRAXs "iHost VJ's" that will provide online viewers to interviews with the artists and unique backstage access during the event.

With the inclusion of the app, fans watching a stream in New York can send their message or photo directly to the arena screens at the show in Los Angeles in real time! Fans globally are connected directly to the concert being streamed.
