What We Do
We make the most amazing pretzels ever. We use all natural ingredients. We have a line of mustard and dips that are to die for. WE make stuffed pretzels, flavored pretzels, and plain pretzels. We make party platters and sell our pretzels wholesale. I have featured our Philly cheese steak stuffed pretzel, we use real shaves steak, fresh onions and peppers and real cheese.
How It Works
I believe our product is unique because we use ingredients that are unheard of in this industry. My concern lies in how the finished product tastes. Although every business has to profit, using better ingredients and bringing them to you at a fair and reasonable price, is my goal.
Featured here is our "Judy" pretzel, it is a Brie stuffed pretzel, with a raspberry pomegranate reduction, topped with a lemon infused sugar,
Why Buy / How We're Different
Our consumer base is varied, as we sell them whole sale and retail. We sell to concession stands, bars, and other venders. We also sell them retail to individuals at events, and people who order party trays and other retail sales. At this point or our largest profit comes from doing events, unfortunately because of our lack of equipment we are limited as to what events we can do. We can only do event that provide some of the necessary equipment.
History, Traction, & Why We're Raising
We officially started this business on April 2, 2012. I had baked pretzels and gave some to a friend, and within weeks was getting so many orders that I have no choice but to make it official. The only hurdle we are facing at the moment is funding, we need equipment that we can not afford at this point. that equipment will allow us to bring this company to the next level of our business plan
