Terry Anderton - Terry is an experienced and visionary entrepreneur with the unique strength to inspire his teammates and customers to a shared vision. Over the past 30 years he has founded and led multiple successful ventures, beginning with security software NitroSecurity which he sold to Intel. He next founded and led the virtual textbook and eLearning platform Trunity to an initial public offering of $300 million. He now serves as the founder and CEO of Wagz.com, a company focused on connected pet technology. He brings both his business acumen and a fresh eye to the real estate industry that will make Kona successful.
Shannon Alther - Shannon is a Principal with TMS Architects where he has worked on many award-winning projects over the past 21 years, including the restoration of The Wentworth by the Sea Hotel in Newcastle, NH. His skill and eye for architectural design began early in his career as a building project crew supervisor, a painter, and a hardwood grader where he learned the crucial “nuts & bolts’ of the building trades. He holds a Master’s in Architecture from Boston Architectural College and a prestigious AIA New Hampshire Award of Excellence for a self-sustaining private residence in the White Mountains.
