iSupportPlus "Answers made easy..."

iSupportPlus.com is a website based technical support company that offers easy answers for questions about any/all Apple Mobile devices (i.e... iPhones,iPods,iPads) of all makes and models. We are targeting people that do not live close to an Apple Store, do not have time during regular business hours and want the convenience of getting a quick solution without carving out an hour or more from their daily schedule.

  These articles are readily available and are free for anyone visiting our website. They are written by Apple Certified Technicians.


-Live Text Chat Support
  This is a perfect option for customers that have a simple question and need a quicker response time. The chat is moderated by Certified Technicians.


-Email Support
  This is the perfect option for customers that have in depth questions and require a detailed response. Response time is usually one to three days.


-Moderated Forums
  This is an option anyone can participate in. This option allows our customers to interact with one another and build a commuinity of support.


-Auto Language Translation
  This is a feature built into our website where the visitor can choose their language and everything on the website is automatically translated to fit their needs. This makes our website, truely, worldwide.

-Live Phone Tech Support *
  This is a Flat Rate service that anyone can participate in. It is billed at $15 per phone call and provided by Apple Certified Technicians. Customer's with Paid Memberships get this service once per month at no additional cost.


-Email Support *
  This is the perfect option for customers the have in depth questions. Response within one to three hours for paid membership customers.


-Video Tutorials *
  This is the perfect option for customers needing support outside of business operating hours. Only available to customers with paid memberships.


-Private Live Text Chat *
  This is a special option for customers with paid memberships where customers chat one on one with a technician through text chat.

Services We Offer (Flat Rate/Paid)

-Personal Training **
  This option is only offered on a scheduled basis and utilizing video chat. A Flat Rate fee of $75 for one hour of personal training on all Apple products. Customers with Premium Pad Memberships get this service once per month at no additional cost.

Membership Options (Monthly Subscription)

-Paid Membership *

   This option would cost $19.99 a month and comes with all free services and all paid services listed above. This membership includes one free call per month to tech support.

-Premium Paid Membership **

   This option would cost $49.99 a month and comes with all free services and all paid services listed except for items labeled Flat Rate. This includes one free phone call and one free one hour training per month.

About the Team

Witt

I am working on starting a company with my business partner Glitch (real names undisclosed until company is up and running). It is a support website for all Apple mobile devices. 


Hello. I am Witt. I am one of two Founders of iSupportPlus. My responsibilities in this company include but are not limited to: Education (the training side of the company) and anything customer facing. I would do all of the training sessions, all phone tech support, and all things video related. I will essentially be the face of the company. I will also be in charge of training potential employees on the customer facing side of things.


Glitch

I am working on starting a company with my business partner Witt (real names undisclosed until company is up and running). It is a support website for all Apple mobile devices. 


I am Glitch of iSupportPlus. While Witt handles everything customer facing, I handle all of the back end technology and day to day logistics. I work on the advertising for the website both externally and internally.
