Intensity Fitness and Sport is bringing a new, independent fitness facility to Hendricks County, Indiana that will provide a diverse variety of training and nutritional guidance to individuals and athletes of all ages. We'll treat you with respect and give you the attention you need and deserve as you work towards your fitness goals!

Intensity Fitness and Sport will provide a wide range of training programs that you just can't find at your typical franchise gym. In addition to the classes and programs below, we'll offer nutritional advice and planning, as well as supplement planning, so you can create a full health and wellness regimen with the assistance of our experienced staff.

Intensity Fitness and Sport can accommodate one-on-one training, group training, and can even work with corporate groups of 100 or less! The best part? We'll offer all of these services for the same cost or less than at a typical no-frills franchise gym. 

IFS members will love taking our many varied classes and enrolling in our training programs, but what will truly set us apart from the competition is our dedication to seeing our members through to reach their health and fitness goals. We know going to the gym can be an overwhelming, confusing, intimidating experience, and we are here for any questions you have! Most people don't know what equipment to use, or how to use it, to reach their goals — which is why we will meet with you to assess your needs, determine a fitness and nutrition plan, and even devise workouts for you! 

As an independent gym, we know and appreciate that our growth and success is directly correlated with your success as you strive to reach your goals! Intensity Fitness and Sport is designed with your needs in mind.

To make Intensity Fitness and Sport a reality, we must raise at least $60,000. This funding will, first and foremost, position us so we can get a small business loan from the bank, which will fund our operations for the next 2-5 years as we work towards profitability. Once we have successfully reached our goal of $60,000 and secured a loan, we will be able to build out our space, purchase/lease exercise equipment, hire more people to our team, expand our marketing efforts, and cover overhead expenses.

Jeff Man, Owner, is an Indianapolis native with 5 years experience in the field of exercise training. Jeff holds a B.S. in Exercise Physiology from Marian University, is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, and a Performance                              Enhancement Specialist.
