Who We Are

Historical Reform is an organization dedicated to reforming education, criminal justice, child welfare, and mental health by presenting an understanding of the past to truly change the future.

What We Provide

Historical Reform will provide seminars and conferences to inform and organize the public about the opportunities for meaningful social change and how to make the best choices for their children, families, and communities.  There will also be a media component consistening of a blog and social media outreach.  This component will expand to include documentaries, books, podcasts, webinars, and other media.  Historical Reform also will promote and provide financial assistance to others seeking to reform the systems of education, criminal justice, child welfare, and mental health.

How We're Different

Reform organizations are often run by either academics studying the field or professionals working in the field.  Elizabeth McCree, the founder of Historical Reforem LLC, approaches reform from both realms.  As an attorney and educator she worked in these fields gaining the real life experience that is necessary to create a feasbile and common sense plan for change.  As an academic, earning both a law degree and a Master's degree in World History, Elizabeth also approaches the problems in these areas with the historical understanding of how we find ourselves in the current situation and the ability to draft, support, and promote changes in law and social policy to institute real change.

We appreciate your support and hope you spread the word to anyone interested in change!
