We want to raise $30,000 to spread the word about our company, and our mission to improve the standards of technical support once and for all. $20,000 will go toward radio advertising. The other $10,000 will be used for retaining talented employees and updating our software licensing.

Hey PC Guy provides computer maintenance and repair services for residential and small-business users. All you need is an Internet connection. We can resolve most of your computer problems using software that allows technicians to securely and remotely connect to your computer, and operate it as if they were actually there with you. This way, you can relax, have a shower, make some coffee, watch TV, or even host a party in the comfort of your own home while your computer is getting the maintenance or troubleshooting that it needs.

In addition to troubleshooting and consulting services, Hey PC Guy offers a proactive subscription program that catches computer bugs before they turn into big problems.

For a low monthly fee, we’ll monitor the health of your PC, check for updates, and do all the dirty work so you can just sit back and enjoy your device. If we see a problem, we fix it, so you are uninterrupted. If a problem arises that requires a more hands-on approach, we will contact you to schedule a time that works with your schedule. Think of us as your very own IT Department.

Richard Hughes has been providing PC support for more than 10 years, with a focus on desktop security. Richard began working in tech support because he loved computers and wanted to help people solve problems. He quickly learned that most companies are more interested in profits and efficiency. Tired of being forced to give clients the run around, Richard decided to start his own company with one of his colleagues, and Hey PC Guy was born.
