I was born in the country of Guyana, but my family moved to Texas for a better life and school system. Living in Guyana, taught me about the beauty of nature and clean simple living. I graduated from Texas A & M University Institute of Electronics Science. I realized that technology is the direction of the future. I attained a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science. At 19, I was the youngest Journeyman in Texas. My career started with a two year contract to maintain a computer mainframe for the Honeywell Armed Forces Division.

After Honeywell, I started my own electrical contracting company. I perfected my skills in estimating, budgeting, project management, and running the day to day operations. Even though I was successful in Texas, I knew there was even more opportunity in New York. I took on an estimating and project management position with a minority electrical contractor. I learned how business and construction ran in the fast paced area of Manhattan. But, even in New York, I've found that there is more to do for the future of construction and people within these structures. I came to the conclusion that there is a problem in the way we've been building and powering these homes and commercial structures.

I was aware of the rising costs of oil, gas and electrical power, and the buildings were not as energy efficient as they could be. These homes and high rise structures were seriously deficient in thermal efficiency, wasting power and natural resources while costing so much to maintain.

Over the years I've met many gifted craftsmen who have the same attention to detail and work ethic as I do. In 2008 I made a decision to change the way people think about construction and how structures are heated and powered. I pulled these friends and craftsmen together to become a think tank of what we believe is the logical direction construction should take for the future.

Each of these fine minds I've assembled was to maximize their specific trade to be the best products on the market. I instructed them with a simple important Vision. These structures had to be super energy efficient while also being long lasting. These structures had to withstand earthquakes, tornadoes, hurricanes, wildfires, and floods while also being rodent and termite proof. Also, these structures had to be free from burning fossil fuels to generate heat and power. We've researched and discovered that if we powered these structures with photovoltaic solar panels and evacuated tube solar hot water panels we could build homes and structures which would be free from energy bills, be clean and carbon-free, and not add any load to the existing power grid. These homes and structures are constructed using a panelized system that in sprayed inside and out with 6,000 psi Gunite concrete. The result is a strong, safe, super energy efficient, healthy monolithic concrete structure. It can look like a typical home, or it could be futuristic. The only limit is imagination. Wide spans, curves and design freedom are possible with the strength of this system. It will save trees and designed to benefit the enviornment. We've planned to use other green technology such as wind turbines and geo-thermal depending on location. I've worked closely with these forward thinking craftsmen and we have succeeded with a design for the future, and GreenWorld Design, Inc. was born.
