Gray Compass is a referral reward based integrated social network platform for people needing to advertise their wants & needs for talent/services and products.

It's the premier referral-tracking system, an all-in-one portal that will allow people to generate buzz about their advertisements ranging from Jobs to Products and reward referrers who direct bidders to them.

It's a simple process of posting the ad in Gray Compass, and then easily broadcasting it to the crowd using integrated social media networks like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Google+. Incoming bids and referrers would be processed until acceptance using a simple embedded workflow.

We believe crowd-sourcing works best when the crowd knows it will be rewarded for their work, so using a very simple, easy-to-use escrow system; people who refer bidders can actually get paid for their success and their clicks!!

So is this ..another Network or Job board or Craigslist?

Well, lets say what if, a social network and advertisement yellow pages blended together and added a method to pay people for engaging in networking. A social media designed to help each other out to promote business and jobs and information... and also contribute to charity... That would be... Gray Compass.

And businesses can better identify their strongest referrals, thanks to the intelligent logic and analytics that grade the quality of both the candidate and the referrer. 

Gray Compass incentivizes the referral and sharing of information & ads (Jobs & Services) to related audience there by cutting down the clutter and chatter of Social Media and driving to a focus audience. Gray Compass vision is to enable ads for any business and referral of customers for the product / service sold, for now, we are implementing it for the jobs market.

Again, Gray compass would build its own network and uses your own lists as they grow for a prospective customer base. 

Charity and Good cause usage: Gray Compass would provide a platform for to compensate referrers, and to allow the sourcing community to use their rewards to help fund charitable causes ranging from Women's empowerment and Small Business funds.

Gray Compass is directed at helping companies sell their job vacancies or products & services using their Network & the larger Crowd as their helping agents and rewarding them for their time and resources!

 

Traction & Accomplishments

The Gray Compass initiative is currently self funded with the prime intention of having business and jobs networked by the SME's.

With our funds, we are on the verge of finishing the web version 1.0 and the mobile application. We would also be working on marketing the solution via social media and other mailer lists etc.

The plans and programs are ready for launch by the end of this month.

Whether it's a story on the news about a slower-than-expected national jobs report, or simply news from a friend that they're looking for a new opportunity in a tough job market, jobs are always on our minds.
