     MediaGauge is a powerful tool web publishers can use to engage with website visitors. Any web page featuring a video can become more interactive with a compelling, clickable call-to-action message that appears on the web page as an overlay. 

     Tailored messages can drive video viewers to desired site content, prompt a purchase, feature special offers or invite visitors to join the conversation on social media, and any message can be changed in seconds to seize new or timely opportunities.

     Web publishers who feature advertiser messages such as banner ads can offer advertisers a new, premium ad vehicle. Unlike pop-up messages, MediaGauge messages can’t be blocked and the website tool’s easy-to-use dashboard makes it easy to create or change message campaigns on demand – no coding required.    

     The dashboard also provides robust, real-time performance analytics including number of message views, number of click-thru’s and visitor data such as geographic location.

       MediaGauge is a simple widget, easily integrated with a small code snippet. Customers can then create and deliver messages via the MediaGauge control panel. When they know which of your media has the most viewers, they can choose the best moment to capitalize on their audience.

     The connection between Brand and Consumer is strengthened by sending their audience in-browser messages containing promotional offers, social media invites, or recommendations to more of their great content.

       MediaGauge’s unique technology allows web publishers to leverage their high-value video content by adding a timely, relevant Call-to-Action to each video. We have identified 5 patents around our approach.

     As an alternative to pop-up messages (which can be easily blocked by users), MediaGauge provides a new way interact with site visitors and the dashboard makes it possible for a Marketer or Agency to easily create, change and report the results of message campaigns without the assistance of a website manager support or coding knowledge whatsoever.

Team

Michael Sitarzewski - CEO

A veteran entrepreneur with a specific focus on web based software and services.  


Michael's internet startup career started in 1994 (19 years ago) by co-founding an internet apartment search product. He founded MeetMeOnline.com in 1997 (sold 1999), and founded HyperSites in 2001 (sold in 2007). He has been through TechStars Cloud, and have been a key player in the Boulder, CO startup scene since 2006. He will be a mentor in the upcoming VentureSpur accelerator in Dallas, Texas, and spend lots of his personal time advising other founders.


Dixon Dick - CTO

Dixon is a thirty year tech industry and startup veteran, helping Entrepreneurs refine and deliver their message and value. 


Dixon leads technology. He’s responsible for ensuring uptime, and managing contract developers as required. He handles vendor relationships and R&D for the tech stack.


Bob Main - COO/CSO

Bob has a unique ability to listen, understand, advise, and transform a vision into a successful business. 


Bob brings a 20-year track record in various Business Development, Sales, Product Development and Operations capacities. Leaning towards entrepreneurial environments, he looks for interesting and challenging opportunities to work with a highly motivated, fast-paced team, where he can directly contribute to the company's success.


Jeremy Snyder - Advisor

His experience to date has been in managing global teams, managing customer bases and communities, building online business units and providing general leadership. 


Jeremy looks for interesting challenges in the Internet and technology space, with the potential to have a positive impact. His specialties are international business, business development, strategy and operations. His language skills (fluent in 5 languages) and international experience have proven to be unique and valuable. He has a strong ability to analyze new industries rapidly, recognize key patterns and design business models. That has allowed him to help rapidly growing companies go after new markets.


Julie Jensen - Marketing Manager

Julie brings a wealth of experience and industry knowledge from a successful career in marketing within the startup space.  


She is responsible for crafting all of our marketing, branding, and visual messaging. Julie works closely with the entire team as she molds our ideas and visions into easily understood content.
