Business Description:
EcoGreen Energy, LLC (the “Company”) was founded by an experienced marketing team to develop and market new types of consumer products in the ecological friendly marketplace.
Phase One:
Purchase the exclusive U.S. licensing rights from SEA Desalination, Corp. for their patented solar desalination product that uses no electricity, has no filters to replace, can be taken anywhere and extracts pure water from any contaminated water source. It removes radiation, fluoride, salt, pesticides, bacteria, dirt and other contaminants from any water. It aids people to be prepared for disasters. These units can also be placed together in arrays of literally any number of panels, as needed, to accommodate a desert farm or any remote area that needs water. We would then assemble the panels for distribution at an affordable cost to the marketplace.
Phase Two:
Negotiate the purchase of manufacturing and distributions rights of SEA Desalination, Corp.’s add-on improvement to existing blow-molded water bottles (with the incremental cost to convert a standard disposable water bottle into a reusable solar water distilling bottle at just over a few cents per bottle over the costs of a regular bottle). The starting point is that water is distributed throughout the world in disposable plastic water bottles, in many cases for emergency preparedness and disaster relief. When the consumers drink the water out of the bottle, the bottle then becomes unusable trash. However, a water bottle with the SEA self-distilling bottle technology can then be filled about halfway with ocean water or contaminated water, left on its side outdoors on a roof or table, and the sunlight striking the bottle heats up the contents, creates pure water vapor which then condenses and collects in a forward reservoir in the bottle, and is kept separate from the contaminated water in the main part of the bottle. Our experiments indicated that a few typical bottles made with this technology could keep an average adult alive with distilled, solar pasteurized water for weeks and even months. The remarkable upside of these bottles is that they would decay in sunlight after a few months

To become the exclusive U.S. licensee for SEA Desalination, Corp., (https://www.seapanel.com) who is the co patent holder along with the University of Alabama for a personal solar desalination device (https://patentscope.wipo.int/search/en/WO2011041792).
EcoGreen Energy, LLC was formed on July 1, 2011. Our website is here: http://ecogreenenergies.com
Our goal is to bring clean water products to the masses as quickly as possible. We began marketing SEA Desalination, Corp.'s products several months ago. During this time we have created a very good working relationship with Mike Wofsey, who is the main principle of SEA Desalination, Corp. Through this relationship we have been offered the exclusive US manufacturing license.
We now have traction in Alexander City, Alabama with their Economic Development Council to open our plant in their city. We have had discussions with a 30+ year former manager of a textile manufacturing facility there (now closed) to be our plant manager. We have also had very positive talks with the Alabama Launchpad, a non profit that donated $50,000 to Mike's company for his startup. They want to help us further our cause as well because of Mike's involvement.
We are also launching EcoGreen Magazine: https://ecogreenmagazine.co
Which will help with our branding.
