& Coworking is a creative, innovative and inspiring executive suite and coworking space designed for small businesses, startups, freelancers, enterprise, and independent professionals.

Conceived of nearly two years ago from our collaboration with a local professional office and coworking space ezspaces.com to create a separate and unique executive office and coworking experience. & Coworking was created to be a better solution to the traditional executive suites, home offices, and coffee shops.

& Coworking's team have five years of experience in running a successful co-working space. During the last five years, they have served over 600 members and currently, have over 100 active co-workers in their 5,000 square foot space.

The creators of the & Coworking brand are in the process of buying a 14,000 square foot building for $1,600,000.  They are spending $800,000 in Tenant Improvements that will create enough space for 200+ executive office clients and coworkers.

Market Needs

Walk into Starbucks, Internet-enabled Cafe or virtually any coffee shop any time of day, and you will see examples of a new paradigm shift of the worker on-the-go.  Sitting at tables in casual chairs are mobile professionals with earphones in place and laptops open. Cell phones are buzzing with messages sitting beside steaming cups of coffee.

If you take notice you will find one is a CPA reviewing spreadsheets for a client, another an independent public relations professional writing a press release, another an executive who escaped the chaos of her office to finish the sales plan she will present to the board tomorrow, and yet another is a recruiter interviewing a top candidate.

While no "one" label accurately describes all these individuals, “worker on-the-go” seems to describe most.  They generally have home offices, but really, their laptops and smartphones are their “offices.” They spend a ton of time in coffee shops, fast food restaurants, and hotel lobbies, often looking for free WiFi to download a document before a meeting.

They are founders, salespeople, management consultants, real estate agents, accountants, writers, public relations executives, account executives, regional managers, lawyers, trainers, consulting engineers, entrepreneurs, investors and professionals across all areas of business and commerce.

Some are self-employed or work for small businesses. Others work for large corporations with no local corporate office. Some are even seasoned executives who are looking for work or starting a new venture.

& Coworking is the answer to the current paradigm shift of today's business on the go.  In simple and few words, & Coworking provides the working environments these modern professionals have been desperately seeking, have never found but instead have been settling on a noisy, crowded coffee shop or restaurant.

Target Market/Market Overview

We provide membership-based corporate office space to the modern, mobile business professional.  Our target audience is the contemporary business professional who often finds themselves conducting business in open forum settings on a regular basis such as coffee shops, restaurants, home offices or libraries. These types of locations often lack the modern amenities of corporate office space such as printing, faxing, concierge, parking, conference rooms, private and open meeting space, a dedicated mailbox, business address, and professional client meeting space.
