Chef Pronto! offers a variety of unique, hands-on, small group cooking classes, as well as company team building (Iron Chef like competitions), couples nights, and wine tasting/cooking classes. Our classes even cater to your personal tastes by offering plant-based diet cooking, gluten-free cooking, healthy cooking for your kids, and many more choices to fit your style or needs. You'll have fun while you experience new ingredients, learn to prepare delicious dishes, and make new friends in the kitchen!

CLASSES WILL INCLUDE:

•All raw ingredients to prepare the recipes

•Start-to-finish cooking techniques

•You get to take home leftovers from what you prepare in class

•Wine/Beer tasting (yep!)

Classes will cost from $59.00 to $79.00 depending on the menu and instructor, and each class will be rated based on knife skills needed.  All of our classes are hands-on, meaning you will actually do the cooking and prepping, not just watch a chef cook!

For the adventurous, step behind the counter, put on an apron, and assist in the creation of your own special meal which will vary with each class.  When you leave, you will have a satisfied palate, a set of recipes and a wonderful memory, and a true taste of the best Portland and the Northwest have to offer.  The people of Chef Pronto promise you a great time and a meal created with the gifts from the waters, farms, and orchards that surround this gem of the Northwest.  Thank you so much for your support and we are looking forward to cooking with you soon!

We will be using the funds raised on Fundable, combined with our own funds, to launch our new set of cooking classes.  We will re-model our storefront into a 'cooking class only' space with a smaller area for our retail spice blends, marinades, and other Chef Pronto! products. The remaining funds will be used to advertise for our upcoming Fall classes!
