Industrial cables are used widely by businesses that rely on electrical, automation, control, telecom, or IT equipment.

It’s crucial that these cables remain tightly secured and connected at each end to provide cable retention and to prevent water, dust and potentially harmful gases from entering sensitive electrical and communication equipment.  When armored cable types are used, these cable connectors must also provide electrical grounding to the cable armor.

Cable glands have been manufactured with metal - aluminum, brass, or stainless steel.  However, the use of metal comes with a variety of pain points:

• Heavy
• Long delivery lead times (stainless steel)

We manufacture products by injection molding high performance thermoplastic and elastomeric materials into single components that reduce loose parts and improve simplicity and accuracty of cable gland installations.  The products (7 sizes in all) meet or exceed rigorous industry standards of metal cable glands. Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratories (NRTL's) have begun the global certification process. 

Our patented products are housed within a robust thermoplastic exoskeleton - embedded with a stainless steel spring that delivers 360-degree constant force to provide required electrical ground connection for the cable armor.
