Modesto is a concept food/beverage service and retail products operation based on the espresso bar and bistro culture.
Launching in the Columbus, Ohio market, partnerships are already in place to expand to 8 cities, in 3 states, within 24 months.

Traction - Location Partners
We are in final stage negotiations with Lifestyle Communities Inc. for placement of the GoModesto concept into 3 of their central Ohio locations as a pilot for a future 24 month, 2 State rollout into 16 communities. They have indicated the ability to provide financing for all non-operating related expenses for each location.
We are negotiating terms on a revenue sharing lease with Chase Bank to deploy 4 locations (1 cafe.Modesto, 1 bistro.Modesto, and 2 go.Modesto) in their Westerville Business Campus, as well as a go.Modesto kiosk in the downtown Columbus Chase Tower.
Traction - Product Manufacturing Partners
Bodum International has agreed to enter discussions for creating branded merchandise specific to the domo.Modesto brand. They are an excellent fit for the Modesto brand, respresting simplicity and elegance of design, creating an equally upscale accessibility.
We have also entered into discussions with LaPavoni for the creation of branded, high-end consumer espresso / coffee makers for the home, as flagship items for domo.Modesto.
