We intend on reaching our goal by asking you to back us by at least $1 (One Dollar) if we can get 1,000,000 (One Million) People to back us with one dollar we will reach our goal. We are the new generation of dinner theatre, raising the bar and setting the standard for the restaurant industry. 

Broadway Cafe is a full service restaurant based on a dinner theatre concept with the concept of a French Sonoran Bistro included. 

Imagine if you will, a nice moderate to large sized bistro with the inclusion of a stage with a full theatrical set up. On certain months the inclusion of having different themes where the entire restaurant decorated in that specific theme. Singing and dancing waiters add to the dramatic and fun atmosphere. 

Depending on the building acquired, ultimately a desired size is 18,000 square feet there will be a separate party room to rent out and is devisable. This room would be fully functional theatrically as the main dining room. 

Catering and renting out this room will make up for any loss in paying for rent by the square foot, etc... 

There is also an additional add on of a TO-GO area to support the local businesses around the area. 

Our main clientele will be comprised of business men and women who have only a certain amount of time for lunch and since our prime desired location is in Downtown Phoenix or The Strip in Las Vegas we want to cater to those workers or in the case of Las Vegas, cater to the tourists. 

Our menu along with nightly entertainment will provide an excellent place to take out of town visitors to and a place to frequent on a daily basis. The concept is Sonoran faire with a french twist. Using a Nouvelle cuisine concept, everything on our menu will be local. Fruits and vegetables from local farms and Meats, fish and poultry from local farms as well. 

A French/Sonoran/Nouvelle  concept sounds like a big mountain to conquer, however it is not. Our menu is actually quite simple. 

For example, a native dish that we are including is called Chicken Papoose. Papoose is Apache for bassinet. The bassinet is represented by indian fry bread that cradles tender chicken breast cooked three ways. A true Sonoran dish with traditional french methods applied complete this dish and is aptly named Razzle Dazzle Chicken. 

Wanting to be known for our bakery, especially our Cheesecakes, we have a rather large Cheesecake menu offering a wide variety of Cheesecake made fresh on the premises. 

We also have included a large beverage selection of specialty coffee drinks and teas. In addition to coffee and tea, there is the traditional selection of soft drinks, wine, beer and spirits. 

Broadway Cafe is a concept ready to move into action on becoming a reality. Formed in 2006 by James Blount in Phoenix, AZ.
