As a CEO, he’s successfully raised more than $100 million for blockchain companies in both Asia and North America. McGarrigle’s expertise is evidenced by his Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) qualification, as well as many other cyber security architect and practitioner qualifications.

Steven Low | President
Low spent more than 15 years growing his expertise in capital markets and the energy industry. After graduating from Dalhousie University, he started his career trading commodities before moving into equities in Toronto. Low has founded several companies, most recently in the blockchain and crypto sector. Following the successful exit of a previous blockchain company, Low and his team have been committed to establishing Blackwatch Digital.

Bensimon is a seasoned securities industry professional specializing in banking and securities law. Through Black Swan Diagnostics Inc., he advised a wide variety of individuals and industries, including blockchain companies. Bensimon registered various entities with the OSC/IIROC, spanning PM/IFM/EMD licenses. He also provides ongoing and interim CCO/CAMLO regulatory compliance services to different types of regulated financial entities.
