Quick Pitch

Bio-Grow-Plus will provide the growing horticulture and floriculture market in South Florida with superior compost, at a better price than currently offered. Decades of innovation and research as a leader in the soil industry has led founder Eugene Caruso to develop an under-roof aerobic windrow compost manufacturing plant. At Bio-Grow-Plus we will combine bio-solid waste, horse manure, and sphagnum peat moss to create high-quality, highly consistent compost. We are so confident that we will provide an unprecedented written guarantee of the quality and performance of our product.

Why We're The Best

Our system is the product of years of research and development, culminating in a process that will deliver an incredible product at a low price and cut down on waste.

Collecting Biodegradable Waste

We will be a dumping site for bio-solids, manure, tree trimmings and a variety of green vegetation. In doing so we will collect the necessary ingredients for our premium compost blend, and divert both money and mass from landfills to our company – both of which will be used to bring new life to the local nursery industry.

Importing Peat Moss and Raw Perlite

We have a huge advantage in that we have exclusive, direct, virtually limitless access to premium Canadian sphagnum peat moss. We have secured peat mining rights to an enormous land area in Quebec – supplying Bio-Grow-Plus with several hundred years worth of peat at a fraction of market prices. Our peat is harvested in a way that minimizes environmental impact and retains the vital water and nutrient retention capacities inherent to sphagnum peat. Our so-called competitors have three options: exclude peat from their formulas, use inferior Sedge peat, or pay steep market prices for Canadian or European sphagnum peat.

We will also be able to cut costs while improving our blend by importing raw perlite ore, rather than buying pre-processed.

Processing and Creating

We will be able to cut costs and customize our blend to perfection because of our extensive facilities. For instance, we will be able to process our imported raw perlite ore in-house, and in doing so we will be able to capture the hot air emissions to dry our 25% bio-solids to 100%.

True Compost

Our “competitors” are in the habit of piling manure and plant material into 30-40ft heaps and calling it compost. This is in fact anaerobic decomposition. Bio-Grow-Plus offers true compost – plant material is transformed through aerobic decomposition into a soil-like material. In our facilities we are able to synthesize this natural process with complete control over oxygen and moisture levels. This control is essential to creating organic compost with a high variety of macro and micronutrients including carbon, nitrogen, phosphorous, potassium, calcium magnesium, iron, folic and humic acid.

We are so confident in our incredible blend of true compost, premium peat moss and perlite that we don’t just guarantee it – we offer full diagnostic lab services free of charge and are always available for consultations and support to ensure a better end result for our clients.

Our Progress

Bio-Grow-Plus is well on the way to becoming a major competitor in rapidly growing soil market of lush South Florida.
