Clarence Clemons -- the musician, the legend, The Big Man himself -- was truly one of a kind.

His legacy lives on through his family; in fact, his nephew plays The Big Man's sax solos as part of the E Street Band.

And to this day, Bruce Springsteen -- with whom he played for decades -- keeps his legacy alive as part of his tours and his live show on Broadway (now available on Netflix).

Clarence, as an original member of the E Street Band, has 50 million passionate followers across the world.

With so many fans and such an incredible heritage, we wanted to do something that would live up to Clarence.

There has been a massive proliferation of brands across all beverage categories.

Consequently, product intrinsics are no longer sufficient to build lasting brands.

This has placed tremendous pressure on the “brand” to provide uniqueness, relevance and awareness as a means to drive repeatable sales.

Further, it must be said that the olden days -- where a product could be all things to all people -- are over.

Successful brands must focus on key consumers and channels to breakthrough the clutter.

Big Man's Brew overcomes these obstacles by focusing on music, entertainment and on-premises accounts as a way to connect with passionate followers.

We are proud to be diving deeply into culturally relevant consumer touch points.

We also want to sponsor/promote music-related events and use The Big Man celebrity and social media network to generate earned media to build awareness and engagement.

Big Man's Brew IPA is in production -- kegs only -- with a contract brewery in New Jersey.

We have distribution in 10 accounts in central New Jersey as part of a small in-market test.

All accounts have experienced strong sell-through and have reordered.

LOI from The Hard Rock Cafe in Atlantic City and The Wonder Bar in Asbury Park where Clarence Clemons got his start.

We have partnered with one of New Jersey's finest craft breweries, Flying Fish Brewing Co. to make our beer.

We are in advanced discussions with 2 of the largest beer distributors in New Jersey: Kramer Beverage and Shore Point Distributing.

TRACTION & ACCOMPLISHMENTS

We have a licensing agreement in place with Big Man's West, which has full ownership of the publicity rights to Clarence Clemons.

Merchandising will be a huge part of our revenue stream as we are currently selling Big Man’s Brew pint glasses and our unique “saxaphone” tap handle on our website and have placed orders throughout the U.S., as well as Japan, Australia and Europe.

We accomplished this without any effort to build awareness.

This demonstrates the social currency of The Big Man.
