For all creative minded individuals that need centrally located space to accommodate their talents and ideas Adelante Studios is pioneering the concept of a "co-flourishing space" that operates as a fully equipped and serviced rental space for dance classes, photography, corporate and social events, and art exhibits.  As a result we can offer the best rates in the city to dance instructors, photographers, etc. and by extension they can each succeed and flourish in their respective art.

By usage of movable soundproofed walls and parametric (directed sound) speakers, Adelante will be able to offer the space of desired size, free of sound pollution and disturbance.

For our clients' needs we will also offer wide array of additional equipment such as specialty lights, photo equipment, furniture, with fitness props available at small fees. Showers and storage locker space are also available. All of this at affordable hourly rates so the worries about monthly rent are wiped out of your mind. You need it - you book it.

The hourly rental space business models in cities as high paced as New York offers revenue potential unparalleled to any other place. Big Apple proud of its ‘the city that never sleeps’ label is always in high demand for space that can host new and hot trends. Now. And fast.

The obvious deficiency of space and therefore high demand, renders the revenue potential for hourly rental space extremely high. In addition, based on our experience from ‘Stepping Out Studios’ that besides private and group dance classes also offers hourly rental space for dance, fitness, performing arts and events related activities as well as ‘Space 4 Shoots’ that offers hourly space for photo and video shoots, we were able to analyze and recognize the trends in the market by defining ‘prime’ and ‘non-prime’ rental time slots. With that experience based knowledge, effective marketing, high quality service, and value added amenities we strongly believe that our business model will be highly successful.

If you're a dance, fitness or yoga instructor looking to hold your own class in Manhattan, a photographer holding a shoot for a local retail brand, an artist looking for a place to showcase your work, or event planner looking for spaces to host your events Adelante will be the place for you to engage your clients and show off your skills.

Adelante offers soundproof spaces (roughly the size of a classroom) that can be combined into larger spaces thanks to movable, soundproof walls. Each studio offers sprung wood floors, mirrors, AC, sound system, and WiFi.  Photo studio lights and backgrounds and tables/chair are also available when booking space for photo shoots or events. Public areas/amenities includes a lounge, free wifi, showers, lockers, and storage.

Adelante Studios will lease the entire floor of a prime Midtown location that will provide 10,000+ square feet of space for use as an affordable hourly/daily rental space for classes, photo shoots, and events. The space will be built out to delineate it into several separate usable studios in order to facilitate a variety of uses and activities. We will deliver an up-scale studio/raw space environment that encourages a wide variety of fun and physical activities, including:

The use of movable soundproof walls, mirrors, and furnishings will allow Adelante Studios to adjust the floor plan and configuration of the studios for optimal usage of space during certain times periods throughout the day and week. This unique feature will allow for smooth, easy, simultaneous multi-functionality of our studios.

Our highly regarded team is established and prepared to build and expand with the business.  We've built and currently operate another successful             business within the industry.

We have partnered with 5 studios and centers to cater to their instructors' needs and draw initial customers through our doors.

We have an abundant list of close contacts and are very familiar with the demand for different areas of art, dance and photography in Manhattan.

Our co-founders, Anita Flejter and Lukas Chockuba, have successfully help to develop their first business, Stepping Out Studios, with 4 side studios and 1 Grand Ballroom — hosting on average 40-60 people every hour. Nicholas Kosta, partner and co-founder has successfully expaned his existing business, Space-4-Shoots, to its full capacity. This validation proves our team's ability to build Adelante Studios into a thriving business in Manhattan. We are now branching out to tackle the rental space market.

Adelante Studios can improve on the quality of service and widen range of time availability in this industry by utylizing modern technology that offers ability to convert the space to any size needed by usage of movable walls, provide noise pollution free space by usage of directional speakers and help our Clients with their time management efforst by providing complimentary shower and lockers facilities.

We will also be instituting management control procedures and pay-for-performance compensation practices to assure a consistently superior service.

We will be competitive in price and will maintain close relationships with our clients to realize their lifetime value within the business. Through these steps, Adelante Studios will be able to build up a brand reputation for better quality and service at more competitive prices than our competitors with a Satisfaction Guarantee.
