In March, we wrapped up a successful campaign on Kickstarter, raising $107,000 from more than 2,500 backers. In total, Letterforms has sold 4,000 units to 2,700 customers in all 50 states and 43 different countries.

Letterforms is has plans to partner with the distributors of Crayola to license and distribute Letterforms products, as well as with Universities and several stationery distributors.

Letterforms was founded by Venkat Yuvaraj, a mechanical engineering graduate and dedicated scribbler with a passion for developing simpler, more environmentally friendly scribbling and doodling alternatives. In addition to the Letterforms dry erase notebook, Venkat has also developed a washable writing medium, which was patented and was later transformed into a dry erase product.
