At deVine, we use the delicious red wine grape to create all of our beauty products because it posses incredible health and beauty benefits. Our lip and skin care products are made using three parts of a red wine grape: the grapeseed oil, resveratrol from the grape’s skin, and polyphenol antioxidants from the grape’s pulp.

Moisturizing
Rich in phenols and fatty acid, grapeseed oil is an incredible moisturizer. It’s small molecular weight efficiently penetrates your skin, acting as a natural astringent as it hydrates.

Anti-aging
Antioxidants from both the skin and pulp of the red wine grape help fight free radicals and prevent cell damage. Resveratrol and polyphenol antioxidants help stop and even reverse the damaging effects of time and stress.

Michael Gentile, Jr., President
Michael has been bringing brands to national retailers for 20 years. He has a wide range of experience in beauty products, vitamins & supplements, medical devices, personal care products, store supplies and over-the-counter medications. Michael has also spent 10 years successfully running a pharmacy, wine and gift shop. With the help of his sister, Michelle, Michael has combined his love of wine and his experience in health and skin care products to create deVine!

Michelle Bucaro, Brand Manager
Michelle has over 18 years’ experience with Premier Health Concepts. She has worked in all facets of business operations, including comptroller, logistics, budgeting, sales and management. Since the conception of deVine, Michelle has taken on the role of Brand Manager. Michelle is an entrepreneurial-minded wife and mother who enjoys all things creative, beauty and wine related.

Toni Flosi, Marketing Manager
Toni is the owner of the veteran public relations and design agency, AAdvert International, based out of the Chicagoland area. Toni’s mission is to create a clear, concise and memorable message to spark and sustain successful campaigns for her clients. She works with a team of talented marketing and design experts in a wide variety of industries.

Rob Bates, National Sales Manager
Rob is a 15-year veteran of the gift industry and currently runs his own consulting team, Red Olive Group. For the past decade Red Olive Group has worked with over 25 companies in the gift industry to successfully launch new products and relaunch existing brands. Rob has years of notable experience in sales management and marketing, working for companies such as Pages of Time, Stone & Associates Ad Agency, and the Gaylord Entertainment Company.

Patricia, Customer Service Manager
Working as the customer service manager for the past 16 year, Patricia is an important part of the deVine Beauty and Premier Health Concepts team. She has a BA in Accounting from Monmouth College and has worked in accounting and customer service for such companies as Oak Park Trust & Savings Band, Lind-Waldock & Co. and ING Securities.
